Tending to the day's errands, the "Sex and the City" actress donned a sleeveless black top and short black skirt - revealing an alarming look at her eerily skinny frame. The sighting comes as SJP is one of the many A-list celebs bracing for Hurricane Irene as the Category 2 storm races towards the East Coast.
