Lindsay Lohan Gets A New Hand Tattoo

Last week popstar Justin Bieber showed off a new tattoo, a portrait of Jesus Christ which is his third tattoo overall. Today we learn that former popstar/actress Lindsay Lohan got herself some new ink as well. Lindsay decided to get the phrase “live without regrets” tattooed on her hand.
