Rihanna Visits the Christ the Redeemer Statue

She's one of the world's biggest pop stars, but the world-famous Christ the Redeemer statue in Rio de Janeiro even put Rihanna in a state of awe. The Barbadian beauty visited the landmark on Thursday (September 22) while enjoying a day off between a show in the nation's capital and her headlining appearance in tomorrow's opening day of the Rock in Rio festival. Looking casual cute in shorts, a yellow shirt and high heels, RiRi ventures out with her security detail and entourage for a day of sightseeing in the locale dubbed as the "Beautiful City". The outing came hours after the 23-year-old debuted her brand new single "We Found Love," of which she nervously tweeted prior to its release, "I'm EXCITED, NERVOUS, ANXIOUS! I could throw up!?
