Actress Jane Russell Dead at 89
Actress Jane Russell died Monday at the age of 89, according to her daughter-in-law Etta Waterfield. A respiratory illness claimed her life, says Ms. Waterfield. Russell might be best known for her appearances with Marilyn Monroe in the film “Gentlemen Prefer Blondes”, singing the duet “Diamonds Are A Girl?s best Friend”.
