Tori Spelling's Son Rushed to Hospital After Fall

Tori Spelling had the scare of her life Wednesday, when her 3-year-old son Liam took a tumble off the kitchen table and had to be rushed to the hospital. "Scary morning," she twittered. "Liam fell off kitchen table rt on back of his head. Strted throwing up." Fortunately, the little boy was okay and after a full examination was released from the hospital. "Jst got back from ER," she wrote. "He’s better. Jut hve 2watch him." Thursday morning she updated her fans that her son was doing well: "Liam is feeling better. Thanks for all your well wishes! Xoxo" Spelling and husband Dean McDermott are also parents to 2-year-old daughter Stella.
